Okay so here's the deal. Years ago I was super into the spn fan community and the cambionverse was/is one of my favourite fanfic works of all time. It has ANGST and BISEXUALS and ANGSTY BISEXUALS and MEG: QUEEN OF HELL. But then I dropped out of the fandom and stopped watching the show, and I've only recently gotten back into both. So I hear they brought back Claire and my brain goes HEY. REMEMBER THE CAMBION THING? So I go to look it up and what do I find? HALF OF IT IS MISSING. (tbh)
ME AGAIN. So one the one hand I’m really excited because it’s like, I loved this fic series and now it’s being improved??? Hell yes. But on the other hand, I want to read it all now?? Like right now?! So there is no point to any of this, just me informing you of my feelings. Good day.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEELINGS, ANON, YOU ARE GREAT. We understand the “HEYYY :(” feeling of wanting to read a fic that the author has removed, and apologize once again for the glacial pace of our reduxing. While the original copies of these fics have been preserved in gdocs (we have a NEVER DELETE ANYTHING policy around here), we cringe too much at the thought of people reading those outdated and often OOC first works to make them publicly available. They’re, uh, very embarrassing. (If you really and truly want to subject yourself to them, though, hit us up off anon--no promises, but we’ll see what we can do.)
