My angular stomatitis/cheilitis is back -- CW eating disorders (restriction)

I've been restricting for the past week and a half. A couple days ago my angular stomatitis came back for the first time since starting recovery. In the past, angular stomatitis coincides with restriction (because of a minor vitamin deficiency). Is it possible that just a week of restricting could cause this? Or is it because of something else?
