if i cast animate library and someone gains control of it, do i die ?

No.

Animate Library can only enchant your own library, so if an opponent would ever gain control of your library or Animate Library, Animate Library will fall off instead and your library will be safe.

If I animate my library with Animate Library, and it gets turned into a land with Song of the Dryads, is it still a library?

Yes, it is. Nothing can stop your library from being a library.Song of the Dryads makes your library a library that's also a land rather than a library that's also a creature, that's all. And no, none of the auras fall off here. Song of the Dryads keeps your library as a permanent, so it can still legally enchant it, and Animate Library is still enchanting your library and keeps your library on the battlefield.

if i get a five finger discount on my opponents animated library what happens?

When Five-Finger Discount would put the animated library into your hand, Animate Library’s last ability will replace that effect with exiling Animate Library instead. Nothing goes to your hand and the rest of Five-Finger Discount’s effect doesn’t matter.
