Hi, let's talk about a GIF.

This GIF, by the lovely Curzec. It captures one of my favorite moments of Pitch animation, and I literally cannot stop looking at it. I never get tired of the movement and the details and the goddamn amount of work the animators put into Pitch -and in fact, any part of ROTG. Even though Pitch has a fairly simply design, he sort of doesn't. Look at the way his hair moves as he shakes his head for God's sake. Look at his teeth and his eyes squinting as he laughs. It's so much like the way a real person laughs.

He just looks real, even though he obviously isn't.

On to a tiny detail -I noticed, while watching this, that his bottom jaw moves forward slightly as he shakes his head. His bottom teeth go in front of his upper teeth for a moment. This probably holds no significance other than THEY PUT A LOT OF FUCKING DETAIL INTO THIS MOVIE.
