Day 25 - Tasty
In Bulgaria, I was invited in to a house by two women. We were just sitting down, going to have lunch together. Evelyn Becker came back into the room with a little snack to tide us over. I was shocked to see it staring back up at me.Lousie explained it to me. There are some people who put so much heart and soul into what they’re baking, sometimes it takes on a life of its own. A pastry like that is apparently perfectly made, and all the more flavorful because of that. I’d have to agree with her.
