Was looking through my files and found it again!! I was trying to remember what program this was done in, this was AnimeEffects... mostly cuz I was looking to try Spine and Live2d soon

I think the only issue I had for this program was exporting a transparent gif wasnt really possible, i could export as an image sequence tho so that was ok

Got a hold of Anime Effects and made a quick little test to play with it haha

I'd like to make something more interesting soon but this was easy enough to learn the program so I'm happy with it! Gotta play with it more LOL I'm not used to using bones and tweening...new territory for me. :]
