have a WIP of papyrus talking from that project i put down for 1 million years(the meet the skeleton brothers one). Currently i don’t like this motion for the lines associated with it but i worked to hard on it to waste it so i’m posting it -shrug emoji-

I am open to constructive criticism btw!

For April i’m going to challenge myself to work on an animation or animatic for 30 mins each day.

I animated a voice thing from @crashboombanger . I just wanted to do a Sloppy little thing for fun so if i’m probably not going to touch this again but it was fun and it brought me such frames as :

i am very very picky about the quality of personal projects and working with me might not be easy but at the same time i am starting to consider letting people help since i won’t be able to work on the animation until January when the rush ends at work

I will consider it and I will make a post if i decide that i want to open up the project to a team

I was wondering have you made a character model sheet for both Sans and Papyrus?

yes! i don’t have expression sheets or action shots but i have turn arounds/color keys

What program are you gonna be using to animate the Papyrus and Sans scene? :0

Since i still don’t know and i’m still trying programs i’ll pass on the list of programs i’ve collected from people’s recomendations and my own reserch.

Macromedia flash MX, Adobe Flash, TV paint animation pro, cacani, ??blender??, and Toonboom. there are also programs like pencil that are meant to cater to artists who want a traditional animating experience.

I downloaded tvpaint for free somewhere, and its really not complicated at all. that program is honestly a life saver, if you're willing to be a horrible person like me lmao

i ended up with tv paint 9 so it’s possible my frustration comes from useing an outdated software. I’ve had a few recommendations for programs so i’m looking into all of them. at this rate if i can’t find what i want i’ll at least be able to write a small review on a hand full of programs for everyone else lol

All i want is an animation program where i have pen pressure and can sync my frames up to the audio without a head ache.

as it stands i’m still drawing every frame in sai and then cobbling them together in movie maker. -is on the ground- i don’t want vector based i don’t want 3d i just want what would basicly be Sai with the ability to set frames to audio and all i can find are  viruses and half baked free ware!

If anyone knows any good animation programs please help (i know i reccomended tvp animation pro but that thing is frustrating and complicated and EXPENSIVE)
