ty josukeistrans​ and i have a theory that for every piece of shitty writing or mistreatment of characters araki tries to pull, clamp makes another jotaro... just staring him straight in the eye, drawing a stoic brunet with slicked back hair, giving THIS one a decent character arc, ARAKI

this is better than every theory i came up w tbh i am so on board w this one. tho (and i disclaim, full disclosure, i quite love jjba) i think there are more bad writing decisions in jjba than clamp jotaknockoffs

that one sounds right! admittedly saiga is like my favorite character in all of wish/legal drug, but i read wish years ago and always mix up the tiny jotaro devil and the big jotaro devil so i stopped trying a while back bc i never get it right. it’s all the same at heart. their big, muscular, late-80s early-90s jojo’s bizarre hearts.
