It’s interesting to me that Tiger Electronics is on this list, because in the 90s at the time of this ad Tiger was making a bunch of handheld LCD games for various franchises, but not Animorphs. Based on this list it looks like an Animorphs handheld game may have been planned at one point but not produced (or I would have heard of it).
The licensee list above is almost the same as the list from this 1998 article, which is where I have info on the products each company produced.
