look, i'm not saying that subverting established tropes is inherently good or bad. i'm just saying that i appreciate when a show like 'all-works maid' at least understands and likes the genre its participating in. it makes for a fun and interesting show.
'young ladies don't play fighting games' was pretty nice, i never ended up reading the manga but it seems to be as good as i'd heard. i have decently high expectations for the sets as well since its using real gameplay and the gameplay made sense even before it was explained. great palette cleanser on this auspicious day.
