this is SUCH a good question!! I think they have a lot of potential as a couple, especially considering the mystical overlap of their powersets, and the dichotomy between Anita being this relatively chill person who tries really hard to be seen as mysterious and capable and Greta being this mysterious eldritch being who wants nothing more than to be normal and loved
there's some potential for strife, since Anita blames Greta a bit for letting her father die, but I think they can probably work through that, and depending on the fic storyline, it could be a good potential interpersonal conflict
however, I like to imagine a future where they're both young adults and living together in a tiny little apartment while Greta works at a bakery and Anita moonlights as a solo hero. and every night Greta comes home and talks Anita's ear off about the new cinnamon roll recipe she's trying to convince her boss to greenlight, and Anita tells Greta all about her latest teamup and asks her advice on getting X death god off her back. and then afterwards they cuddle up on the couch with some leftover soup and watch Xena reruns <3
