How PPCH pipe solve sagging compare to PPR pipe
PPR:
There are different grades of Polypropylene according to their application areas. One of them is PPR (Poly-Propylene Random Co-polymer).
“PPR” is the known grade or familiar term amongst the people/customer. Related to properties of Polypropylene Random Copolymer, this grade is mainly used for domestic plumbing system viz. bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. Every products have their pros & cons. This grade has a sustainability and durability in both hot and cold temperature applications. At the same time has one limitation also, when Polypropylene Random Co-polymer work in temperature areas, the pipe fills highest thermal expansion as compared to other Polypropylene and that Thermal expansion will create other issue in plumbing application.
PPCH:
The product called PPCH (Pneumatic Pipes for Compressed Air Handling) – The technology is developed with specific grade of Polypropylene with Multi-Layer Glass Reinforcement Technology to utilise the product in same application of hot and cold temperature, but without the limitation of Thermal Expansion, and, hence can be used for high impact, high pressure application like Compressed Air, Instrumentation Air, Nitrogen Air and Vacuum, without limitation of PPR viz. Thermal Expansion in high temperature.
Hence, now customer have a good solution for their Industrial Piping application with good strength and without limitation.
The brand PPCH has become one of a technology developed by great efforts of Anjney Tubes India.
ANJNEY TUBES INDIA (ATI), after understanding the limitation of PPR and doing RND very deeply and developed new technology that is known as “Multilayer Glass Reinforcement Technology”, this confirmed generation of product “PPCH” i.e. Multilayer Glass Reinforcement era were given so much fulfilment & popularity that “PPCH” itself referred to as the generation of Multilayer Glass Reinforcement Technology.
