Okay so firstly sorry for the lack of anything substantial of late. But I'm not making excuses because excuses are like arses- we all have them and they all stink. This past year my friend and I have been reading 100 books so I've expanded my list of books I would read quite a lot. One of the earlier books I read was Anna and the French Kiss. I loved this book and I loved the characters. As a quick summary for those who have read it (go and get yourself a copy now!!) Anna is happy living in Atlanta until her father sends her to boarding school in Paris. She eventually makes friends and in particular Etienne St Clair. He is friendly, gorgeous, intelligent, and caring. He's also going out with long time girlfriend Ellie. Do Anna and St Clair get together? Well you'll just have to read the book to find out won't you! So to answer the questions -Does the book say something about the human condition? Not really and it's certainly not a deep thinkers book. In short you won't be wowed an epiphany. - Should you read it? Yeah. I loved it and even fe most analytical amongst us needs a happy easy read every once in a while. So definitely get your hands in a copy. That's all for now but keep watching for more reviews and various other bookish posts because I'm on summer holidays as of Wednesday!! Whoop whoop!! Keep reading bibliophiles.
