Well, we've had some new followers here recently, so I figured I should probably start putting an effort into updating this. I always intended to update this at least somewhat regularly, but losing ALL of the work I had done on transcribing portions of the episode commentaries really took the wind out of my sails, as did a couple of nasty anonymous messages that came along pretty soon after that (seriously, sending anonymous hate is something people still do?) But it seems that there are people still interested, or perhaps newly interested (I've been curious if the show being up on Tubi, at least partially, was bringing in new fans), so I guess I'll at least make the effort.
I'm hoping to have updates at least once a week. Hopefully Tuesdays every week, but sometimes maybe on Wednesday or Thursday depending on what my week is like. I know there's plenty of stuff out there to find, and I do still want to transcribe the J/A related parts of the episode commentaries. I'd also like to do some more compilations of fic recommendations. And of course, if anyone has or comes across anything that would be pertinent, please send it along. I'm talking interviews with cast and crew where Jeff/Annie is discussed, articles about the show that discuss the ship, any essays or such, etc. Basically, if it's about J/A and you think it might be of interested for this blog, send it along. The worst thing that will happen is that I'll tell you it's not the kind of thing I'm looking for. And I promise, I'll be very nice about it.
Under His Skin
Annie could get under his skin like no one else. In Borchert's lab, no, he wasn't going to lie to himself anymore, at least in theory. It had been since the night of Troy and Abed's housewarming party that he'd known. That he was in love with her, that he didn't just want to kiss her until his lips were numb and he'd forgotten everything else in the room, that whatever happened after they left this place for real (or at least she did) he would follow because the thought of life without her was unbearable.

[Community, Jeff/Annie]
AU where Jeff doesn't go to Greendale, and he meets Annie in a coffeeshop.
Plus the best and most stunning AU Britta I have seen.
"I know you're a man of words," says the beautiful ex-girlfriend, "so I'll spell it out. You, Jeff Winger, are a pariah on my soul. You have sucked everything cool and individual out of me and turned me into a person who thinks sweatshops might be arguably okay if they raise the GDP of the People's Republic and fifteen years later trickle down to the average income of the Chinese worker. The idea that I let you fuck me into moral ineptitude says maybe more about me than it does about you, but it still says everything one needs to know about your future. I hope you live a long and happy life with someone of equally shoddy moral character."
We're against Damon/Elena. Coming from someone who is best friends with an avid shipper of the pairing, they are up for the fight. Do it for Community, not just the ship!
