OH BOY DO I...

Marooned Heart by hamsandwich is honest to god my all time favorite karmagisa fic!! It's very long and incomplete, but hey, the journey is what matters, yeah? Besides, who doesn't love a good pirate au?!

Shattered Glass by Akiko_Natsuko is another favorite! it's a oneshot and a major guilty pleasure of mine :) I love a good protective Karma fic.

Everything on the Ice by livixbobbiex is a really cute and interesting ice skating au loosely based off of yuri on ice. I think it captures their dynamic super well outside of assassination.

Not Monsters by Bad_Romance is, in my opinion, not talked about enough. There's plenty of kudos on it, but it feels underrated. Beautiful gem and an amazing take on a zombie apocalypse au! It does have some adult content towards the end, but I'm not really bothered by that sort of thing. It's a very minor part and the rest of the fic is top tier.

Thick as Thieves by The_Dawn_Knight honestly deserves so much more attention and love!! I was there reading every chapter when they were first releasing it and now they're rewriting it so now it's back to having only one chapter...even during the first writing though, I was seriously dismayed seeing the lack of love this fic got....seriously, definitely go support them!!

Are You a Lost Soul Like Me? by The_bubbly_femme is another incomplete fic, but I think the premise is super interesting! It hasn't updated in a while and I've kinda given up on seeing an update, but I really do enjoy it.

Uhh those are my major ones tbh! Of course I recommend checking out all these authors other works too, but these ones just hold a special place in my itsy bitsy heart. Some incomplete, some finished...regardless of the completion status though, make sure you send the author lots of love for the hard work they've done to bring us these amazing fics!

To answer your question, no, they are not disbanding. Last Stage initially came out in 2022 and back then, many people thought it would be their last song, so HW had to confirm that the premise of the song was more...

I have a thought following Nagisa's new song: Following Hiyori 2nd novel, it said Hiyori didn't come home for New Year, then it can be her coming back home either in winter break but after New Year, or the time the boys receive Love & Kiss script (it's a holiday, so the staff mostly have vacation), or spring break, and Nagisa saw Hiyori become more sophisticated, more cute, more elegant, it's the effects of Asuka incident... Then Nagisa come to Tokyo, because he want to know what the guy making Hiyori cuter is 🤔

It could be. Or she could be visiting for a weekend. The Shinkansen makes the trip from Tokyo to Izumo in only a couple hours.

Maybe when we get an MV it'll elaborate...probably not, but...yea

Me after reading all novels of LipxLip then watch the anime and hear IV saying they finally perform for fans in Countdown live: ???

Just what the hell? Who are those boys? Not my LipxLip...

Mmm honestly. The anime screwed so much up. Couldn't even get their main protagonist's personality right.

It reads like a bad fanfic. I'm taking away Hiyori, Aizou, and Yujiro from the director and all of the staff who worked on the anime until they learn how to use them properly

It's never been outright stated, but:

When Hanipre was still alive, she would accept friend requests to people maining lipxlip. Apparently, especially if they had "aiyuu" in their bio. This has been noted by other people, not me, as I couldn't have hanipre until the final week...when I got a new phone.

She follows some aiyuu artists (biggest example is Touka- who was primarily an aiyuu artist. Now she's an official Honeyworks illustrator)

She's said in the past that she has private comics about them (shared w Moge, I believe?)

She fought tooth and nail to get the kiss marks placed here. According to her fanbox, she asked Shito if it looked good but he was unsure about the placements, but she refused to put them anywhere else.

From the get-go, we know that she's basically outright told us that Aizou and Yujiro do each others kiss marks. I don't mean from the MVM outright showing us Aizou and Yujiro kissing each others necks, or them going "secret ;)" when Uchida asks them how they got them. Look at this art she drew.

Not to mention in just about every MV that Yamako has drawn of them (which is almost all of them except a few), she always ends up drawing them with suspicious poses.

Bonus: From the get-go, Yamako wanted to put Hiyori with a childhood friend, so she never meant for Hiyori to be shipped so much with Aizou and/or Yujiro. She states this I think it was in the LisAni..?? (The part about her wanting Hiyori to be with a childhood friend from the start romantically, I mean, not the last bit) It just took her a really long time to design Nagisa because she felt as though she couldn't grasp him very well. Not to mention, due to other projects, Nagisa kept getting pushed back until 2021.

So...does she ship lipxlip??? We can definitely make inferences on it, but she seems super hyped about Yume Fanfare being for the two and knew what she was doing when she drew Samishigariya so...I assume so, yes.

If not, then she is just very invested in these two.

ik you're mainly an aiyuu blog but is it okay if I ask for any potential thoughts regarding poly ft4? I can hardly find anything for them online :(

I'm mostly a Honeyworks blog in general, I just have aiyuu hyperfixations more :)

I think Poly Ft4 is cute !! I love how they look out for each other and help one another!!

It's also really cute how attached everyone is to Iv specifically...though, given they may give Iv the "Chiaki treatment" I suppose it's understandable...

though if you're also asking for headcanons...I have a guilty pleasure headcanon that everyone lives in Megu's house, given he's hella rich. I think Dai might live with him in canon, given he shouldn't be living with his abusive family anymore, so....?

ALSO the thought of Rio's niece gaining 4 more uncles is so precious. They all adore her.

Anyway uhhh gen thoughts ?? Poly Ft4 is underrated and has a lot of potential tbh !!! I've been thinking about making a oneshot for them but I'm a bit dry on ideas...
