I don't think Heidi really gave a shit about that cape, she just saw it as an easy few grand* for her to splurge on more shitass dresses for herself. I think she only wore the sample one once for a promotional picture, and once she posted it for sale, she basically forgot about it.
I mean, most of her recent campaigns involved her ignoring them until the last day or two, so I'm not surprised about her not advertising it at all. You do have a point about her not wearing the prototype, even when she wasn't actively advertising her other campaigns she at least wore the prototype for it everywhere she went, that part is actually a change in her usual store promotion routine.

I find in life when you treat people too nice sometimes like provide free services for anything, they end up thinking that's what you ought to do all the time. This also applies in relationships too like if 1 partner is always the one doing the cooking, then the other partner often naturally expects them to do this job continuously. But then in let's say another relationship, if you've never done the cooking before and then suddenly like you decide to cook one day for a special occasion for your partner, then your partner will be so appreciative of what you do. I still only know the broad lines about Marlene, but from what I've seen she gives off that vibe. She's just this bland blonde French woman who was an archeologist with her father but somehow the only thing she seems to be doing after that is being an actress for Steven's movies ? Don't know if she had any other job throughout the years. And for being 'the One' love interest for the Marc system she sure doesn't seem to make any effort to understand their disorder.

Feistl leering after her does not mean Van Ness doesn't also think she's hot. He's just way more discreet about his comments and leers than Chris. Also, early in the season, Dan mentions his wife is probably waiting to serve him divorce papers when he gets back stateside, so I figured he'd not be in the headspace to crush on anyone. Chris has a kid, but gives the vibe he's not with the mother, and he's by far the more reckless of the two, so that's why I figured he'd be brash enough to ogle Querida so openly - in front of his boss, no less! And Javi has little patience for them already, so having to internally stew while his guys prattle on about Querida was too funny to pass up.

Granted I prefer Robo-Ky/Venom, but I mean,Robo-Ky/Venom only had 1 fic until a bit before Strive came out. Like one fic from. Dec 2019 till March 2021.
Granted Guilty Gear doesn’t have much for fanfiction in the first place. Which is a bit surprising cause like all these characters and designs are appealing to like so many tastes.
