“Oh hunny! I would be happy to. My mommy used to sing with your uncle and I all the time when we were little . But I don’t know that I really have to teach you. Music is in your blood, love. What song do you want to learn? ”

"Dad tell the one about how you and Dad met. I don't like it when he tells it, he always changes his story. Sometimes I think he's a little messed up in the head."

“Now that’s not...the nicest thing to say about your daddy...” Calix sat down next to his child, “...But uh...What sort of versions does he tell of it? Out of curiosity...”

"..Dad, I'm going blind."

“I...I don’t...What?” Calix stood up, going over to his child and reaching out to them, brow furrowed, “When did this...did you go to the doctor, when did you start having trouble seeing?...It’ll...It’ll be okay - I have...I have some connections in Piltover and...We’ll do what we can, okay? It’s gonna...It’s gonna be okay.”

"Daddy! Daddy! Someday I'm gonna be an executioner just like dad! I'll hit people with axes and it be great! I'm already really strong and fast!"

Calix smiled a bit, “Well, we’ll see sweetheart - you might want to do something...a little less bloody some day, you know...And I know you are - I swear you can out run me...” he smiled a little more, “Your dad will be delighted to hear you talking like that though.”

Daddy - where are mommy and father? I haven't see them all day and it's almost dinner!! (darius/calix/katarina)

"Well...baby..." Calix sighed, glancing towards the door, placing his hands on his hips and looking at the little redhead girl standing in front of him, "I'm going to guess father is at a war meeting or inspecting troops again and mommy is at some Du Cuteau thing or...working..." he looked down at the little girl, smiling softly. He leaned forward, lifting her up into his arms, "It's alright - even if they don't come home for dinner, we can have a nice one together, just you and me, sweetie."

The little girl wrapped her arms around her mommy's neck and nuzzled against her. "I thought Uncle Fitz was lying! I look just like you and Momma." She tugged a little on Skye's hair, gently, of course. "I understand, mommy. I understand you love me. I just don't understand why you and Momma couldn't have your own kids." //Damn straight Skimmons baby. :3

Skye smiled holding her close and lifted her up in her arms she kissed her head softly. "I know, that's why we decided we wanted you. You were so precious." She laughed softly as she tugged her hair. "Well we could, if we found someone that wanted to help, but I was like you, but no one wanted me. So we decided that we would adopt you instead."

[Kid] 'AWWWww no fair!" He wailed, but he wasn't really that upset. Maybe his dad was distracted enough now he wouldn't have to answer any question. But he had one more card to pull, and he did. He threw himself into his father's embrace and, grinning broad and nuzzling into the ink and paper smell of his dad's always perfectly laundered shirt, he mumbled "I love you, Papa."

"Turns out I don't always play fair."  His face softened.  "I love you too, mijo, which is why I like to know everything that you get up to."

"Dad! Dad!" the young yordle yipped about, a large grin on his face as he hopped towards the sorcerer. "Today at school I burnt a bunch of ants and blew stuff up!" A magnifying glass was tightly grasped in one of his paws. "I even set a tree on fire! The teacher got mad at me, though..."

"You should put some tacks on her stool tomorrow. How dare she ruin your learning experience!" Veigr huffs as he picks up the kid, slinging him onto his shoulders. "Don’t even think of burning the hat, unless you want to lose that thing permanently."
