Powers/abilities/styles/gifts: Tendrils that he can control at will, strength, ability to swim extremely well.
History: After many failed hosts over the course of 4 years he finally gave it one more try with Cecil after being attracted to the static waves caused by the radio recorder. He stayed with Cecil, altering his memories to keep them both safe. Only within the last year has he started to show himself and his own personality, which up until that point he made mirror Cecil’s as closely as possible.
Personality: Kind and loving, extremely affectionate. He can be brave, but at times incredibly anxious. He’s always trying to be his own person and have people like them as much as they like Cecil. He can be rude due to saying what he thinks at times and often impulsive and careless in decisions and behaviors. He can be very aggressive if angry,

History: (You have to think along the lines of the don’t hug me I’m scared fandom where he was created) The son of Tony and Harry and a skilled time turner. He was always to scared or anxious to learn his abilities, once he found a reason to he started to really practice, and became good. In terms of Night Vale he’s a resident of Desert Bluffs and is eventually taken by STREX. He’s used as a weapon and though it scared him at first, the continual use of his powers broke his mind and flipped it, making him enjoy using them on others.
Personality: Soft spoken, and often more thoughtful than he’s like. He lies well and as he gets older they come more often. He has little regard for his own health, mental or physical and puts the wishes of others before his own.

Powers/abilities/styles/gifts: Despite his slim build he’s incredibly strong physically, fast, can get into other’s minds.
History: Abandoned by his young mother he was given up to a hooded figure group on the other side of the dog park. He was immediately taken in and once he was of age began to be converted. He began to rebel despite being chosen for a high role there. Punishments came often, his vocal cords being removed, locked in darkness for weeks, the little food he was allowed being withdrawn. He has since broken away from the cult and is standing to change things so other kids won’t have to go through anything he did.
Personality: Shy and anxious. He suffers from withdrawal from the drugs he was given as a hooded figure causing his emotions to be rash and extreme. He’s impulsive and doesn’t have respect for authority. He acts on his own impulses. Devoted to his partner Devon.

Powers/abilities/styles/gifts: A fast learner, able to recall information quickly, extremely resilient.
History: Dubbed himself Alec’s brother after he arrived. He’s part of the hooded figure’s medical team and a prodigy at that. He often took void from younger members to save them the pain, thus increasing the progression and rate of his transformation. He has left the figures but works as a double agent still. He often goes back to help treat kids that have recently gone through punishment.
Personality: Quiet and reclusive. He rather not talk as he hates his voice. Very insecure with himself, especially when in relationships. Kind and caring, he’ll let himself be hurt to help another. His brother is the most important thing in his life.

Likes: Lightning, electronics, computers, blogging, helping others, his drugs (he is an addict)
