Grabbing Keith just made him panic more and try to free himself from the mer shark's grip, eyes wide in a blind panic as he tries desperately to reach the harpoon on his back, a glint of steel shining even in the dim light of the ocean depths he was currently trapped in. The young boy doesn't wanna die, he can't just end up a shark food so easily. He had goals to persue, things to figure out, hidden truths to be ddiscovered. He wanted to live. He wanted to survive this. Keith whimpers fearfully
Shiro yanks his arm back as soon as he sees a weapon. He swims back a little. He watches to see if that’ll help calm this human. He watches from a distance, slowly circling in curiosity not attack mode. He stops behind a rock, peeking out a little. This human would die if they didn’t calm down and get to the surface. He was not the only mershark in this area, though the others were males trying to steal his territory. He was still the alpha male here.
