The only problem I have with the medical stuff in hb is that, there’s no magic in it.
Demons are shown to be biologically different from humans, haven’t they? So why does the medical equipment looks like it’s made for human. They should’ve done something demonic for Stolas at the very least since he’s a noble. Like instead the imps get human stuff but demons like Stolas get the weird demon healing plant pod that’s fed by blood!
Exactly! It's not "like Earth, but with a twist that makes it fun," it's completely indistinguishable from Earth. Stolas gets hurt and he goes to the normal-but-red hospital, and the paparazzi are there with their normal cameras, and after spending some time in his normal-but-red looking hospital room he goes to his normal looking mansion with a regular bandage.
