These movies were made (intentionally or not) for the same audience. It’s almost like a genre.
Special mention goes to The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), with its humanoid reptile of a villain and his plan to turn everyone into similar humanoid reptiles.
To think that at one point a Jurassic Park sequel (IV) could have gone in this direction, become part of this “genre”, by introducing human-dinosaur hybrids...
For better or worse, it was all scrapped in favor of Jurassic World.

This author is so good at writing interesting and unique meet-cute fics! They’re amazing at capturing those emotions that make your belly swoop in delight as well as the ones that make your eyes tear up a bit (in a cool way, of course).
They have 7 One Direction fics, all of which are complete and sound absolutely incredible. They have an established relationship mpreg, a fic where Harry runs into his old school crush just in time to reconnect for the holidays, and the rest are meet-cutes that are actually really cute and charming.

This author is amazing. There’s such a sense of warmth and comfort in their fics, you’ll feel like you’re wrapped in a cosy blanket the whole time you read.
They have 21 One Direction fics that are a mixture of Larry and Ziam main pairings (and an incredible poly fic that is one of my top 3 poly fics ever).
