A Lot Of Change

I’ve really not been active on tumblr at all lately.

My life has been so chaotic right now, but it’s starting to ease up a little bit.

Short version, I’m separated now. There was a load of issues between me and my ex and I had to call it somewhere. I’m back living with my parents for now with Daxy dog.

I’ve been in a bit of a plateau with my weight loss ever since the personal drama kicked off (around 4-6 months ago) but maintaining is better than gaining, especially when amongst the stress!

I’m going to try and start going to the gym daily. I want to shift this extra bit of weight, I’ve still got a way to go.

Hopefully resume full service in the next few weeks! I’ll be back soon!

Another Change

I’m officially no longer doing slimming word, so therefore a name change. No longer anotherslimmingworldblog!

It lost me 3 1/2 stone which I’m greatful for but there’s only so much the plan can do before you plateau indefinitely.

So at the recommendation from a friend at work, I’ve joined Team RH Fitness. It’s a lot different, but so far good, and a little liberating that I can eat whatever I want really.

Things are still a bit manic at the moment, so posts will probably still be sporadic. I’m hoping to have a little more in depth info on my journey.

This all includes macros. They’re new and scary.
