Belle actively avoided any big social gatherings - her days as Lacey haven`t been forgotten yet. So she really tried to avoid bumping into people that she knew before the curse. And yet, there was, dressed up and nervously biting on her bottom lip. If it weren`t for Shang`s invitation, maybe she wouldn`t have even come. Although as she stood there, she was devising an escape plan. Maybe coming there was a stupid idea after all. Shang would understand, right? She just wasn`t ready to face all those people. 

Letting out a sigh, Belle turned around to move to the entrance. And practically walked right into the person standing behind her. "Oh, I`m so sorry!" She breathed out, looking up to see who it was.

Killian had dressed in clothes that he'd had as James, finding the proper black suit--red shirt, black tie, the works. He wanted to look nice as he headed into town. He was on his way to Emma's place and was as nervous as hell. Even if he knew things were good and she'd been the one to ask to go to this dance thing together. The pirate still felt a level of nerves that he covered with a smile and a twinkle in his eyes. And it wasn't long before he was standing in front of her door, raising his hand to knock gently.
