I did this lil silly survey a long while ago :)
I wanted to ask if you would mind to answer a few of my questions :3
If not, that's totally fine! No pressure!
How many hours do you sleep per night?
How many hours are enough to get through the day and how many are a lot for your standard?
Is caffein (in any form) part of your morning routine or your 'last resort'?
How do you feel over the day before and after consuming caffein (if you consume any)?
For example: sluggish, foggy, awake, exhausted, grumpy, just tired, etc.

1) usually 11 PM - 7:30 AM, so around 7-8 hours per day? My sleep schedule isn't very consistent tho ^^
2) I say as long as i get 4+ i can manage. I think getting more than 10 hours is a lot for me, but like last summer was kinda bad and I'd sleep like 12, so </3
3) I don't rlly drink coffee daily, partly cuz I don't have time in the mornings. Like I drink sodas and stuff but not anything too bad, but definitely not enough to have it everyday or depend on it
4) caffeine doesn't rlly effect me too much, and I often find myself being more tired/sluggish after drinking coffee. It doesn't usually last that long though!!
So basically I only rlly drink coffee for the taste and not rlly for the caffeine. I don't love monsters or other energy drinks either, so :3
I don't mind if I'm included in the results either!! ^^
