In 2019, these Anta hightops came into my possession by way of a trip my husband and I took to China.

Some people buy gifts or memorabilia to capture the essence of their journey. For me, I buy kicks.

It's unique to the trip and has purpose well after the adventure.

Today, the husband and I stopped by the Chinese Lunar New Year festival in Phoenix.

In 2016, my husband gifted me this pair of Anta hightops from his trip to China. I figured they were a good pair to wear at the festival.

In addition, I snapped a photo of my husband's Nike hightops he wore.
