Exercise of the Week: KB Crosswalk (An exercise I got from @cresseysportsperformance) Rotary Stability/Anterior Core Exercise and you also get a lot of rotator cuff control and scapular stability by being over head which well help in generating healthy shoulders. Heavy KB on bottom, Light KB overhead, stand tall with no forward head posture, no arching of the back. Begin walking with small steps (not big steps), no side bending or arching of the back. Go for about 40 yards, squeezing the KB hard to turn on your grip strength. You'll notice in the video that I should have lighten up the weight overhead, as I couldn't maintain a straight locked arm. Give the exercise a try and let me know how it goes!
