Teen Anthea and Concordia spending time with the grunts !!
We have very little information on the girls, I wonder how they got along with other Plasma members and what they got up to in their free time. Did they befriend some of the grunts ?

Teen Anthea and Concordia spending time with the grunts !!

this meme came to me randomly and i had to make it
what are your hurt/comfort hcs for your fav Pokémon characters
N
Tends to get sick a lot due to being raised in a "bubble" for most of his life.
Sometimes falls back into habits Ghetsis drilled into him, causing him to unintentionally ostracise himself.
Due to the way he was raised, his ability to assess risk is. . . wonky, to say the least. Zekrom has long lost count of the injuries N has gained as a result.
Alder gave him a Zorua teddy during a particularly bad bout of the flu. He wasn't allowed Pokémon teddies under Ghetsis' "care", and treasures the plush dearly.
Deep down, he's scared that he's no better than Ghetsis.
Can rapidly flip-flop between "cuddlebug" and "will bite if touched"; his main form of socialisation being abused Pokémon heavily contributed to the biting habit, and he never really unlearned it.
Can also bounce between "zooming around outside, enjoying the wilderness" and "refuses to leave an established safe place, it's too BIG and TOO MUCH".
Still rather lacking in social skills, and can come across as much younger than he actually is at times.
Dearly misses the Darmanitan who raised him (affectionatelly referred to as "Da"), but he doubts he'll see them again.
Colress
Has a LOT of guilt and self-loathing regarding what he did in Team Plasma.
Tends to go into self-destructive spirals, especially during times of immense stress.
Prone to self-flagellation; he's getting better about it with Alder's help, but that feeling of constantly needing to atone never really goes away.
Is terrified that his curious nature will lead him down a dark path again.
Absolutely HATES the part of himself that wants to push things too far. (Consequently, he's also afraid that the "right" - or wrong, depending on how you look at it - nudge will push him over that edge again; Ghetsis just so happened to be an expert at pushing the right buttons.)
Worryingly skilled at hiding his problems.
Constantly keeps his hands covered. It's not always to protect his hands when he's working.
Covered in scars. The ones that bother him the most is the horizontal one across his neck (courtesy of the Shadow Triad) and the brand on his lower back (put there by Ghetsis; it's basically a mark of ownership.) Consequently, he tends to keep himself as covered up as possible.
There are times when he completely shuts down and works on autopilot ("going through the motions", so to speak); stress seems to be the biggest trigger.
Has a bad habit of neglecting to eat and/or sleep. His Pokémon have to bully him into taking care of himself on his worst days.
A nervous wreck, but is very good at hiding it.
Takes in Ghetsis' Hydreigon. They bring out the best in each other.
Rosa
She understands that Kyurem was under Ghetsis' control at the time, but she's still terrified of them.
Is also a bit wary of Zekrom, secretly fearing that the black dragon will also rampage due to being "incomplete".
Her mother can be unintentionally hurtful, especially regarding some of the choices she's made, which has knocked her confidence.
Struggles with deciding what she wants to do in life.
Can be prone to decision paralysis.
Loves her mother and wants to make her proud, but that desire sometimes leads her into making choices that would make her mother happy, rather than herself.
Rosa is that friend who would show up at 3am with ice cream and movies to cheer you up. (She has done this with Colress and Hugh. Multiple times.)
Is also the friend who nags the others into looking after themselves.
Has a strong sense of justice, but it's gotten her in trouble a few times.
Has a plushie hoard. She buries her friends (and herself) in it during sad times.
Anthea
Has a hard time buying things for herself; she's been a mother for so long that she doesn't know how to be Anthea yet.
She's glad that her name is "Anthea", rather than "Amalthea"; she says it means there's the possibility for her to be more than her role as a mother.
Would love to get into Pokémon battling, but doesn't know where to start. (Being shunned by most people doesn't help.)
Hates the smell of blood.
Tends to snap back to her role of a "mother" during stressful times.
Is learning that she can be loud and bold and raise her voice. It's slow-going, but she's making progress!
Loves baking. Tends to give baked goods to those she likes, but also to cheer people up. (N loves the bread she makes.)
Struggling to find an identity beyond "N's caretaker/sister".
Has scars on her arms and shoulders from her life before Ghetsis picked her up. They're usually covered by her shawl.
Like N, she's also prone to sickness.
Concordia
Is outwardly quite stoic, but there's a lot going on in her head.
Fears that N loves her less, since she was the "harsh/discipline" mother to Anthea's "soft/nurturing" mother.
Knits as a way of venting. It's possible to pick up on her mood through the sound of the needles.
Used to be quite loud and opinionated. Life in Team Plasma has mostly silenced her, and she's not found her voice again.
Doesn't talk to people much. It makes her come across as callous or cold, but in truth she's scared of being rejected.
Like Anthea, she's struggling with her identity beyond "N's sister/caretaker".
Bottles up her emotions. When she hits her boiling point, she goes nuclear.
Gives people she likes knitted items. Usually by throwing them at the recipient.
Her immune system can be best described as "wet tissue paper"; she seems to catch more bugs than N and Anthea combined.
Grimsley
Hates the newspapers. The media circus after his family's fall has permanently soured his opinion of them.
Knows that his risk-taking behaviour isn't good for him, but he doesn't know how to restrain himself.
Will push his luck again and again, heedless of the pain and trouble it causes him.
Hates that he lacks restraint, but struggles to admit it.
Is basically an introvert disguising himself as an extrovert; the way he was raised contributed to this.
Hates the "upper crust" of society. He's been around them since birth, and regards them as little more than backstabbing sycophants.
Has some scars from Bisharp, back when she was an unruly Pawniard.
Likes scarves for fashion, but also because they hide the "rather ugly" scar on his shoulder and neck. The few who've seen it don't know its origins, and Grimsley's not talking. (The general concensus is that it was the result of trying to satiate his addictions.)
Alder continues to try and help him learn restraint, but the temptation of risk is too much for him to resist. (He's hopeful that his lessons will stick one day.)
Nate
Is about twelve years old, but looks younger.
Quite short for his age.
Was fending for himself from around the age of five; his parents left and never came back.
Quite self-sufficient, but not in the ways you'd expect a boy of his age to be.
Can be quite clingy, especially to adults he's developed a positive rapport with.
Hangs around the Battle Subway because he's got nowhere else to go.
His flat is a mess (which is quite the understatement), with inconsistent power and no hot water.
Rosa invites him over for sleepovers as often as she can.
Eats what he can, when he can.
People who know him start carrying snacks for him.
Looks taller than he is because of his hair.
Can be naïve, but the time spent fending for himself has made him very perceptive.
Insists that he's fine and that his parents will be back in no time. (He's not. They won't.)
The adults around him consider it a miracle he hasn't ended up with food poisoning at some point.
Eventually gets adopted by Colress.
He's so short that he needs to climb onto counters to reach the cupboards. Colress gets him a stepping stool. (He frequently forgets to use it.)
Is worried that Colress will abandon him too, but doesn't voice his worries. (It's never worked before, so why would it work now?)
Alder
Unova's Certified Dad (tm)
Takes people who need guidance under his wing.
N has called him "dad" at least once. (N was mortified; Alder was honoured.)
Very good at encouraging people to look after themselves; even Colress in the clutches of a spiral listens to him.
Doesn't really "get" modern technology, but he's learning for those he cares about. (Marshal got him a Xtransceiver; it took him months to figure out how to use it.)
Knows the likes and dislikes of those he's "adopted". He's so in tune with them that he can often pick up on the tiniest sign of distress.
Sees himself as a teacher and a guide, but those under his wing pretty much agree he's a dad.
Doesn't get sick often, but when he does it hits him hard.
Will always mourn his first partner Pokémon.
Likewise, he always treasures the time the spends with those important to him, no matter how small or mundane the moment.
That's what I've got so far. :)
Thank you for the ask! :D

more characters to come.. may tweak designs mildly over time but this is the Gist
I’m gonna ramble on this cause man the misogyny and sexism in Team Plasma is so under talked about
There’s female grunts who from what I’ve seen are considered on par with male grunts, but that’s like, the extent of how well women are treated in Plasma, just cogs in the machine. There are no female sages, the whole system is meant to revolve around a king with no queen, and hell, Anthea and Concordia, figures who *should* be treated as high figures for being the literal sisters of N, are seen as nothing but caretakers for the king and don’t seem to get much special treatment at all. They don’t even seem to really get paid attention to, only really getting ignored by everyone, both in and out of universe. They absoutely seem like victims of neglect because their only role is to raise a boy into a man, when they were implied to be around N’s age at that
It’s like. Such a real serious topic and reminds me of a lot of real world stuff, how the two biggest women in Plasma are meant to only be caretakers without their own thoughts and feelings. I definitely wish we got more of Anthea and Concordia but I definitely do think them getting such little screen time is intentional thematic wise. Hell, when talking about them, most of the time they’re a pair not to be separated, they don’t even get much of their own individuality (even Bulbapedia lumps the two together, they don’t get separate pages)
It’s absoutely subtle things with characters who barely show up, but once you latch onto them it’s insanely powerful and it sucks how it feels like they get put aside by the fan base to focus on what’s in front of them. I don’t blame people for doing this, I mean hell I’m biased in that N is my favorite character ever so of course I focus hardcore on him, but like man I’ve seen people more willing to say N is a girl in terms of shouting out Pokémon female rep instead of putting focus on the canon female characters who are just as important to Team Plasma and I think that’s sad
