I like the new icon but I feel like smallsize the dark overlay makes it hard as hell to see. Thoughts?

who is your icon?

Myy OC Nettle! It's a traceover of a photo idk the subject or photographer of, but she's my bestie :) She's a dental hygeinist + it accidentally owns a house and is trying to be less passive in life but bizarre shit keeps happening to it and she can't help but just want to watch instead of deal with it

Also maybe the ghosts. There is a section with sliders, where a blue heart indicates "what they think they're like" and purple is "what they're actually like." Between normal and weird, she thinks of herself as slightly more normal and is in fact more weird of center. She thinks of herself as mildly serious and is closer to middle serious, with the same result for charismatic, while thinking of herself as more annoying. Her most extreme stat is open minded, and she thinks of herself equally as open minded. It considers itself middlingly comforting and is in fact somewhat scary, thinks of itself as in between smart and stupid and is rather smart. She is somewhat main character but thinks it's very NPC, and is more of a hydrogen bomb than the coughing baby she considers itself. Her current goal is listed as "start having fun!" and is strongly a good idea while slightly impossible, as well as both her life's mission and something she is barely trying. For "why are they like this?" she has the boxes "raised this way," "on account of the curse," and "your guess is as good as mine" checked off, as well as "ehhh" as an answer to "will they ever change?" She has two face tattoos, a tight expression that doesn't meet the viewer's eye. Courtney has longer, very straight hair that is parted at the middle and tucked behind their ears. They have long facial features and a skeptical expression, as well as abstract dot makeup above and below their eyes. They are also wearing semicircular makeup that surrounds the frame of their face. Both are only drawn from the bust up, with some figurative lines indicating further body. End ID.

Drunkposting my OC doodles... wish the hand/eye coordination was a little better for things like. Placing pupils inside the eyelids? But that's art babey. This is Nettle n Courtney during the like month and a half they dated and went on like three dates during that time.

She is wearing a hairnet like a beanie, with most of her bangs held by it, but the rest of her hair clearly loose. She is also wearing a uniform polo shirt, a tag that has UR MOM on it in the place of her name, and has paired middle of the eyebrow piercings, an anti-eyebrow bar, and a septum piercing with a currently crooked horseshoe bar. She is surrounded by sketch representations of a front counter of a gas station, with a register, lighters and energy shots and candy bags depicted abstractly as she leans over a lotto ticket mat with a dollar bill in her hand, studying the mat. She asks with a grimace, "You really wanna get that one?" A person out of view asks, is it unlucky or some shit?" She replies, "It's ugly as sin, man." End ID.

Petra's like. Into quippy graphic tees and such to an extent people kind of think is cheesy and annoying (Petra is soo annoying) but I'm picturing like Marc spending the night in her room or smth and she's wearing some stupid shirt as pajamas and when she turns the light out it's glow in the dark enough to keep Mrca awake for hours & he's lying there like. Is this a big enough impediment to fucking sleeping to wake her up and make her change. He keeps pulling the sheets up to cover it & she overheats and pulls it down in her sleep. And Marc's like well fuck I could go back downstairs to my bedroom but :( our sleepover. And Petra wakes up in the morning completely unaware <3

Ough funfact about Marc is that before dropping out of college he was going for a philosophy degree & I don't think anybody in their life knows this at all & I also think most ppl wouldn't believe it at first depending on the context it's delivered in. Just doesn't give the appearance of a philosophically or intellectually minded guy & this causes no strife or shit at all ever

I neeed to be the character minded with Nettle and Marc again Nettle's always just doing fucking whatever/not consistent enough for me to do anything with her & Marc is kind of running around being emotionally toxic but like I miss when he had a gun I miss Marc's gun violence era.
