Per my post about representation, I thought I’d make this gifset to show some love for our wonderful and talented poc actors!

Representation matters!

And when I say representation, I mean nice and accurate good and non-stereotypical representation. That’s why these roles and the actors in them are important.

Edit: (Clarification: this is more to highlight these actors and their talent because they have to live in the shadow of Michael Sheen and David Tennant, but they are just as deserving to be recognized. The representation is by no means the best, but it is a start and if we can highlight these faces and voices we are making steps towards true and proper representation. As someone who grew up with horrific depictions of Natives on screen and is working in an industry that often doesn’t support me, I understand that the little victories matter.)

Douglas: This next little shot that you can see, of the lion and... Adam and Eve were shot in South Africa but the lion was shot in a greenscreen studio in Oxfordshire, months later. The lion did very well.
