𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒚 — 𝑅𝑖𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑒

La Riolite è una roccia effusiva, di composizione felsica analoga a quella dei graniti. Contiene quarzo, feldspato e ornblenda, a volte anche biotite e pirosseno. Il nome viene dal greco rhyx, il cui significato è “colata lavica”. Infatti, è proprio con la lava che questa pietra prende forma. La Riolite conduce l’individuo verso uno stato di profonda analisi introspettiva e auto-consapevolezza ma non aiuta a nel suo cambiamento. Tradizione nella quale uno dei maggiori insegnamenti è proprio quello di non cercare di forzare la realtà attorno a noi per farla assomigliare a ciò che desideriamo, ma di accettarla e di esserne consapevoli in pieno. A quel punto il cambiamento giungerà da sé, perché ogni cosa è in continua trasformazione. Nonostante esistano diverse varietà, la Riolite più comunemente usata è quella verde. Questa promuove sia il rispetto che la considerazione per se stessi, tanto che è consigliata a chi tende, troppo spesso, a svalutarsi. Inoltre, ha il potere di equilibrare il piano emotivo e a tenere sotto controllo lo stress in situazioni particolarmente affaticanti. Sul piano fisico rafforza la capacità di resistenza.
