A crude mockup of the hex based globe of Anthrogenesis I've made not too long ago. Of course a globe cannot be made only with hexagons, so 12 out of the 12962 faces are pentagons.

Smaller globe sizes include 9722, 7842, 5762, and 2562 tiles each.

A look at one of the cultures to be added: The Thule!

The Thule are uniquely adapted to the arctic, both on land and sea. Playing as the Thule you will be able to reach, live, and thrive in areas no one else could.

Qamutiik

A qamutiik is an early type of dog sled that still holds up today. It allows you to use dogs as travel animals, and you won't be slowed down by snow.

Umiak

An umiak is a large canoe made from hide stretched over wood or bone. The invention of the umiak allowed the Thule to catch and carry more meat from the seas. It becomes obsolete after researching trawling.

Sukkak

Sukkak is the Inuktitut word for whalebone. The Thule utilised whale bone in many different ways including boats, tools, shelter, and more. It acts as both wood and bone for building and manufacturing purposes and is gained from any source of whales.

Qajak

The kayak is a Thule invention, it provides some protection from the elements, is very robust, and can easily cut through icy waters. Although not useful in battle, a fleet of them is excellent at transporting groups of people.
