Another DJATS mini rant: I feel like Daisy and Billy weren't supposed to be shippable, moreso in the book. It's made clear that she's bad for him, and that he's dedicated to his family. He rejects her more than once. In the show, he doesn't seem to care that she's bad for him. He kisses her, instead of her trying to kiss him and him pulling away.

I feel like the show deviated way too much, and that's why a season two wouldn't be a good idea. (Simone and Bernie should get a spinoff instead. Or Billy and Camila.)

camila dunne is a better person than me because i would've left billy while he was on tour and couldn't chase after me. i also would've been the one to throw the eddie stuff in his face instead of eddie. her giving billy permission -- nay encouraging him -- to date daisy while she was on her deathbed is so unfathomable to me. she was like, "hey, i know you wanted to be a good husband and father and now you've fulfilled your obligation. go be with the woman you really love!" i don't know how i'm supposed to see that as romantic or as a happy ending. he was with her because... she kept him stable?? because it was right place, wrong time with daisy?? that's so shitty to camila.

i know billy and daisy are the main characters, but from the rest of the band's point of view, they act like Main Characters. daisy is late/doesn't show up to spite billy, billy wastes time arguing with daisy about things the rest of the band already agreed on, they stop every five seconds to fight... i would be like, "oh my god, please commit adultery already because this shit is ANNOYING!"

i do like them both individually and together, but i also hate them lmao. they remind me of the side characters on drop dead diva. on drop dead diva, fred and stacy are incapable of having a conversation that isn't about their significant other once they started dating. that made me so irrationally angry. thankfully, daisy jones and the six was much shorter so i don't have enough time to be mad about it.

Daisy marries Nicky in 1976, quickly divorces him,moves on to Eddie a few months later

Camila dies in 2007,instead of the 90s

Also,in a modern AU,I might give karengraham a biological kid/ maybe have them get married. What do y'all think? (It's fanfic,so it doesn't have to make sense Canon wise.)

In the book they’re both so terrible I can at least say they’re fit for one another but I like Daisy significantly more in the show so you know what. I’m going to say she deserves better than Billy too!!!

Had a dream the other night that, in DJATS show, Daisy got pregnant with Billy's baby, and I wouldn't have been surprised if the show writers pulled some crap like that.

(Side note: Tries listening to Fleetwood Mac yesterday and couldn't get through it. At least Christine McVie was singing and not Stevie Nicks. I'd honestly rather listen to her or Lindsey Buckingham's solo work. Something about DJATS show has ruined Fleetwood Mac for me. For a band that had couples, I go for ABBA.)

Don't kill me but, Camilly is wayyy better than Daisybilly. Daisybilly is low-key overrated. (No hate if you ship it,just don't attack those who don't.)

I really wish that most of the Camila/Billy fics on A03 weren't Daisybilly centric. Or involving her leaving him. Even most of the Warrenlisa fics are Daisybilly centric. I went from disliking Daisybilly to hating it because of this,and constantly seeing Daisybilly content when searching for Camilabilly content. Not to mention,the fic that villainized Billy and made him a bad father,just to make Eddie look better. Just to push Edmila.
