girl. i do completely understand where she's coming from with this, because yes false accusations are often levied against minority groups and yes this can have life-ruining and life-threatening consequences!

however you can't take that and turn it into the massive generalisation of 'if you believe people who say they were sexually assaulted you're a terf and a nazi'. are we really going to say it's bad to believe rape victims in the year 2026. are we really doing this.

had my first "wow i fucking hate this place" moment since i joined this site when i just went down the #anti-isff rabbit hole for the first time and jesus christ these people are absolutely cracked in the head, but what really made it all fall into place was the utter OUTRAGE caused by issuggestforcefem reblogging a post that was actually pretty neutral about the ukraine war but which ofc to them means it's "pro-russian" and man...

they're just libs lol, they're just a bunch of neolibs with no analysis and no ideology and no politics. they believe whatever gives them the warmest fuzziest feelings in their tummies and they will just follow their most basic knee-jerk response dictated by the society and propaganda they grew up around because they can imagine no other society and have never taken in other propaganda and have no ideological basis on which to examine something themselves. they think transandrophobia is real because they mindlessly ape a concept they don't understand, they think russia is evil because the government told them so, they think pedophiles are ontologically evil because they likewise have been told this, they are complacent incurious citizens of the imperial core with no interest to ever examine what anyone says to them unless it gives them personally a Sad Feeling ☹️, they are the epitome of western individualism and wretches with no recourse for confrontation but overreaction because their hearts are sick with imperial bile and liberal inactivism, but i can promise you two things 1) no amount of arguing and yelling online will make you feel better and 2) as soon as you go outside and get involved in some actual working class political work this harassment campaign will seem like the stupidest thing you ever spent your time on and you will be ashamed for the rest of your life but you will be better

with the apologia the pdb/isff group is spreading about real offending rapists I'm just expecting one of these days for someone on this site to "come out" as a past rapist who's "changed" and a thousand isfflets will eat it up like flies to shit

there are definitely people already in that circle who have accusations of rape/sexual assault (not my place to say how credible they are, but they're definitely out there for people like tara knight) that no-one in that group even entertains believing. considering the number of posts i've seen saying to never believe anything bad about transfems, or that even if a transfem 'did everything she was accused of doing' they wouldn't care, and the postulating about the definition of rape, it wouldn't surprise me.
