Apple has been granted a patent for its UI (user interface) navigation technology which uses eye-tracking and in-air hand gestures for digital photography, making spreadsheets, videoconferencing and taking notes, amongst other applications. The other 2 patents for the smartwatch that can display a user’s tattoo on the watch face and the MacBook heat control accessory are still awaiting approval.
