I wasn’t going to comment anymore about this whole mess (even though I have several asks about it sitting in my inbox as well) until I was pointed to this comment. Of course, in true Charmie fashion, they don’t have the courage to actually name me, but that’s not my style, so this is for you @monicamelancolie and your anon who loves to use lovely terms to describe me.

I never denied the “danger” in the meeting. I am- as a person with common sense and humanity- well aware we are under a pandemic, but also aware that there was also no mask mandate for Budapest at the time of this fan encounter.Tim is not stupid, I have zero doubt he understands the risk in these situations because he is a grown man with a working brain. He calculated the risk and stepped into that crowd. Tim has said no to fans in the past and clearly would have again if he weren’t okay with what happened. There is a reason why they waited to go back to Hungary and I doubt the studio would put all their talent at risk. Hungary did a good job getting control of it and they continue to be vigilant. But the local health authorities are allowing mass outdoor gatherings of up to 500 and indoor events of up to 200. Masks are only mandatory when shopping, on public transport, and in taxis.

If there are any of my followers actually from Budapest or surrounding areas, maybe you could add more about how things are in your daily life?

Forever and ever in this fandom, I have spoken out against the idea that any of us can read any intent or state of mind from photos or a 3 second video. To claim you know he was upset or uncomfortable or stressed is just not a factual truth. None of us know that for 100% certainty in any situation. Even less by a signature he made in a rush (there’s all sorts of reasons for that- he had been to dinner and maybe he had a few drinks? Who knows and that is the point of not assigning state of mind based on nothing more than a tiny snippet of time) . This was not a red carpet event. This was Tim, being kind and gracious, on his own time, clearly trying to get through as many as he could so he could be on his way and minimise their contact, natch. (See the vid I posted in response to an anon last night that shows another sitch where he is confronted on his own time and he acts in the same way but no one was hand-wringing on his behalf then because he was stressed or uncomfortable) Maybe the thought of the virus did leave him feeling less than happy to be doing what he was doing, but I’m not gonna say I know that for a fact based on what I saw (see video just posted of him clearly having fun at that dinner while fans waited across the street. I mean, does he look stressed in that vid too? And Denis and Oscar both without masks and definitely not social distancing, are you guys gonna call them out now too for putting Tim in danger?) We couldn’t even see his face, I mean, come on.

Tim has never really avoided fans. And he could have easily waited inside the restaurant for a car service if he felt unsafe. Tim has leaked his own location in NYC in a shit area just because and come out to meet with fans as a little treat. He slides past security and crawls under barricades and across dirty stages to chat up, sign things take gifts and thank fans for their support. He loves the positive interactions. I'm sure he has a day here or there when he wants to get in and out of a place unnoticed and uninterrupted and he obviously does as he goes months unseen.But again he has people he can call on to throw up the celebrity wall if he wants to. He was on a work mode trip. But he is also in semi promo mode. He seemed to be signing and smartly not going static.

And no,Monica, 1000% NO, I’m “not agreeing” just to spite Charmies. I saw the video before I ever saw anything about it on my dash or on anyone else’s blog and my immediate reaction was “lovely to see him out and about” and not once did the thought cross my mind that he was unhappy or upset to be doing so and rubs my hands with nefarious glee that I would be going against what everyone else believed for shits and giggles. Maybe that’s how you lot work, but not me. I’m not disagreeing or claiming he wasn’t upset just to be the opposite of what everyone else (Charmie) is claiming. Unlike the cult of Charmie, I can think on my own.

Anon, it’s part of the narrative they have concocted that Tim is only ever happy, fulfilled, content (which =glowing in their fevered little minds) after being “serviced” by Armie. For them, Tim never looks as happy or as beautiful as he does whenever he’s been near Armie. I mean, look how awful he looks here, when Armie hasn’t been around for ages:

As soon as Tim tweeted Dylan the Charmies started criticizing him. Now he's trying to use the excitement over Dune to "bolster the wobbly future of the Dylan film." It's the usual suspects always delivering a negative opinion without knowing a damn thing about it. He's gonna kill that role. Watch.

Lots of wank and polite arguing going on in Charmieland today over when “the boys” will be “coming out”. 😂 Most seem to be setting up a narrative for Armie being seen to date someone else in the near future, but apparently Timmy “won’t be able to survive another PR relationship”. They literally sound like they are writing a fanfic in real time. The delusion is scary.

They are back to babying Timmy. He is an insecure paranoid boy that needs daddy. All because he is humble and self-deprecating in interviews to be charming sometimes, but look at the calm way he carries himself. Armie is the insecure, he is the one who has meltdowns on social media, the one who threw a tantrum because he didn't get nominated, but that doesn't fit their daddy/little boy fanfic.

They have no clue who Tim is, anon. NO. CLUE. And I don’t claim to know him any better, but I can see that he doesn’t need Armie for anything. He’s doing just fine on his own. It’s all about their fantasy and the warped delusion they have built up about these two. Keeps them blind to the reality of the sitch.
