Unpopular opinion: If Bob doesn't stfu Jason is going to Derek him. Derek, 1/2 of the 10 season canon flagship of Grey's Anatomy, died in a car accident early in season 11. He got to say no goodbyes. Instead the actor had to lay there in a coma for his last episode and do voiceovers about how much dying sucked. Shonda Rhymes did a time jump so they skipped the mourning, too. Don't piss off your showrunner.
Sage words of wisdom, here.
Didn’t they later bring ghost-Derek back to bone his love interest, except it turned out to be a brain tumor? Or was that a different character/plot? Either way, embarrassing!
I’ve never watched Grey’s, but I heard it took a deep dive off the rails before it figured out what track it wanted to be on again.
The amount of misogyny that is dripping from this whole beliza situation is just yikes.
I'm honestly kind of proud and kind of sad about this.
EDIT: I was just joking around, so I tagged this just as Bob Morley instead of Anti Bob Morley. If anyone considered this anti and had to see something they consider negative, I apologize. That wasn't my intention and I'm changing the tags now. I apologize for the mistagging and to anyone I upset.
I don't want this to sound mean but I feel that Bob's acting has been weak this past 2 seasons I think it is because he didn't had an interesting storyline to work with. His acting was easily eclipsed by Eliza, Marie and Lindsey when he had scenes with them.
I agree. I do think it’s impressive how he and Eliza have managed to find really solid American accents, and it will always crack me up and impress how different Bob’s voice is from Bellamy’s. But, as @johnmurphysreddit once mentioned, Bob is good at big emotions, he’s not great at nuanced emotions. I think most of the other actors tend to eclipse him, tbh. He’s a fine scene partner, but I’ve never really been moved by his performances. A lot of them feel over-acted to me, especially when it comes to grief/pain/distress etc.
