Just saw someone that I don't think read the same interview because... Ryan literally said that after the director mentioned it, he kept pushing the boundaries in the scene with Oliver. In that same interview, Oliver said he didn't know that it was going to happen and I watched the video, so I think it got cut but he apparently told Ryan "get off me."
It sucks that I feel delusional about how off-putting that scene was, even after the actors themselves talk about what happened during filming. In the comment section of that post, they dare accuse US/anyone who didn't like that scene of projecting a violent fanon Eddie Diaz? When we have literally seen, on our screens, just how canonically violent he can be? (Hello fighting ring arc.) Ridiculous.
