If it was a ‘normal’ person y’all would still be giving him hell for being a predator, but this whole thing seems to have just gone away (I briefly checked the tag and I just saw pictures and people saying they like his lyrics).

The situation in question happening a while ago is no excuse
The girl being a fan is no excuse
The situation would have been fine if he just apologised after he found out she was underage and left it at that- the part that is disturbing and disgusting is that he said those remarks and kissed her again AFTER he found out.
What the dude did was messed up. He also needs to hold some accountability for what he did and not be let off as easily as he has been.
