I have no idea why Actions and Indications is the most underrated Seaweed record. I guess Spanaway turned everyone off so much that no one even wanted to give this shit a chance. Spanaway wasn't even that bad; I kind of think of it as their Dear You - no one wanted to hear it at the time but everyone is like, secretly discovering it sitting there, dusty on their shelf, years later and getting past the production issues or whatever. Anyway, their loss; this record sounds fanfuckingtastic on hour 45 of a workweek at 11am on a Thursday (PS if you ever want to cause my eyes to roll back into my skull permanently, tell me about how cool you think it would be to be a graphic designer or work in advertising like on Mad Men!)
The whole record owns but I'm always a sucker for the perfect opener; "Antilyrical" totally falls in that select group.
