I built this a while ago for my decades challenge, knowing I would want a little one-room schoolhouse, but I just now got around to fixing it up for download. I like to keep my uploaded lots cc-free for my ease and to provide resources to cc-free simmers.

This building is loosely based upon pictures I googled of one-room schoolhouses from around the turn of the century. I tried to keep the architecture in keeping with the New England style of my historic Brindleton Bay Save. I have this designated as a park with the attributes, Child’s Play, Teen Neighborhood, and Study Spot. It could probably work for other venues, but I felt that park makes the most sense for me. 

I hope that you all like it, I was pretty happy with how this little guy turned out and I’d love to be tagged if you end up downloading it and using it, I love to see people use my builds!

Quick question for you all today!

I've been getting really into build mode lately, and I'm really interested in making builds for the late 19th century that are useful for decades challenge and other historical simmers.

I have simultaneously a million ideas and also zero ideas for what to build next. I'm wondering if any of you have requests or ideas for types of buildings? I tend to go cc free as it's more accessible and easier to share on the gallery, but I'm open to anything really!
