Antis are so annoying because they prioritize FICTIONAL children’s “safety” over the safety of REAL children.

They will say they are protecting kids from people who ship or draw problematic things while actively sending said children to look at the things so they can report it.

They will say they are protecting children while engaging in conversations about how “gross” some k|nks are and send art of said k|nks to the children.

They will say they want to protect child victims while actively pushing children who cope in a way they don’t like to k||| themselves.

This applies to SO many mfs, but particularly the fangirlie who got really mad yesterday on one of my recent posts (bitching in the tags) because I said (factually) that her (presumed) fave(s) would be awful romantic partners, and that portraying those characters as "lovingly and romantic" is a clear sign that you don't actually like that character.

I'm not being a Puritan about fiction here; I'm calling out the insane hypocrisy!
