The first of the Christmas hats is done! This is the Antler Hat by Alexa Ludeman, knit in Madelinetosh ‘Vintage’ in the colour ‘Log Cabin Brown’.  

(It is about a thousand degrees C here in Australia, and I still put the hat on to take a picture. Never doubt my commitment to the taking of project photos).

Yeah! I finally have a finished project to share. Feels like it has been forever. And I finished it with time to spare.

The pattern, Antler Hat by Tin Can Knits, is a quick knit; but pay attention during the decrease rounds. I was going on auto-pilot last night, and ripping out cables and decreases is not a fun nighttime activity.

Verdande by Spirit Trail was great, as it was for the last hat I made.
