What cycle do you think is the most high fashion? (Not necessarily meaning the prizes), but more of the photoshoots, runway, special guests and most girls of high fashion material?

Cycle 16. All of the girls had high fashion appeal (including the early boots), the photoshoots were far less tacky than other cycles, and the runways were still unconventional, but not as outlandish as most other cycles.

Once, when I was little, looking at a fashion catalogue with my mother, I expressed my wish to be the little girl in those photographs.
