What an excellent question.

Augie always refuses cilantro because he says it tastes like shit to him but he's never had it, he just likes complaining.

Rudyard same deal, never had it but if asked will say that of course it tastes good to him because he has a "refined palate"

Conrad is convinced cilantro is a prank garnish--he had it once and now thinks Anton just secretly put intricately carved/colored soap in his food because he doesn't like him (he doesn't, but that's a whole different thing)

Anton does not have the gene, genuinely annoyed about it.

Lilith is allergic but takes a small amount every day cuz she can’t stand the idea of there being anything she can’t do
