⁣ Samsung Galaxy Note 10+⁣ Taken on 29/07/2020.⁣ ⁣ Peaceful, green and all-natural: the Antrona Valley is one of the Ossolan valleys least touched by mass tourism — something that I took full advantage of during my time there.⁣ ⁣ For me, the imposing mountain peaks, the natural green forest and the crystal-clear Alpine lake called 'Lago d'Antrona' undoubtedly contributed to an unparalleled natural harmony where you could have heard a pin drop.⁣ ⁣ The uphill hike from the town of Antrona Schieranco to the lake took me through a deep green, fairytalelike forest in the midst of which was a tiny hamlet made up of empty stone hamlets. I wasn't sure whether the main house in this photo was inhabited by anyone, but someone obviously took it upon themselves to adorn it with baskets of wonderful red flowers for the summer period 🌹. How heavenly!⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:⁣ ⁣ The bus company 'Comazzi' runs a fairly regular bus service from Domodossola to Antrona Schieranco.
