1 - The Obsidian Crown formally declares war on the Kingdom of Ironforge, who station the Anvilmar Iron Brigade and the Mountaineers in the valley as a pre-emptive response
2 - The Rockjaw Troggs, lead by Chief Hammerspine, unleash a brutal invasion onto Coldridge Valley, killing or capturing every dwarf they see
3 - The mountaineers manage to push the attacks back, but the majority of the troggs retreat unscathed
4 - The Frostmane Trolls blockade Coldridge Pass, intercepting all communication to and from Ironforge
5 - The Obsidian Crown send a splinter force to attack Whitebeard's Camp
6 - Ironforge, Anvilmar and Khanaros are locked down and their defense squadrons put on high alert
7 - Grelin Whitebeard is executed, his encampment destroyed and his head sent to Ironforge
8 - The Anvilmar Iron Brigade is ambushed by Obsidian archers, resulting in the loss of many of their men and the sharp decline in morale of many of the survivors
9 - The Troggs attack again, this time with the support of the main infantry unit of the Obsidian Crown. This results in massive casualties for the Mountaineers and the execution of Joren Ironstock.
10 - The Iron Brigade send out an emergency call to arms to Stormwind City
11 - The Kingdom of Stormwind responds to the call to arms, sending out a small splinter force to garrison Anvilmar.

1 - The Obsidian Army sets a battering ram on the doors of Anvilmar, whose residents prepare to defend the stronghold
2 - General Thunderbird prepares the Iron Brigade with a rousing speech, chronicled by the scribes
3 - The battering ram breaches the gates and the Obsidian army flood in
4 - The Brigade's powerful hunters ambush the first troops to arrive while Stormwind's powerful warriors and paladins smash the front lines
5 - Lieutenant Brassborn betrays the Iron Brigade, running his sword through General Thunderbird's back and commanding his squad to flank the rest of the defending troops
6 - General Otar knocks General Foster unconcious with his shield, capturing him as a prisoner of war for the Crown
7 - The Crown smash the remaining defenders as the injured Thunderbird hastily retreats to Ironforge

STAGE 3: THE ANVILMAR INCIDENT

1 - The betrayal of the beloved General Thunderbird angers the Ironforge Senate enough to send the First Division of the Militia to re-take Anvilmar
2 - The Militia arrives to Anvilmar to find it completely undefended with the doors wide open
3 - Growing wary, the Militia slowly march into the building to find only one soldier
4 - The soldier draws a mysterious flaming sword and tosses it into the forge, causing a massive explosion that levels Anvilmar and kills the entirety of the First Division

The Kingdom of Ironforge controls the entirety of Dun Morogh outside of Coldridge Valley. The Obsidian Crown controls Coldridge Valley but the whereabouts of their troops is currently unknown since the destruction of Anvilmar.
General Thunderbird is not currently fit for battle and thus shall be temporarily replaced as head general of the Brigade. The majority of the remaining brigade are stationed in Ironforge. The troops in the Stormwind Infantry have withdrawn from Dun Morogh entirely after the capture of General Foster.
