just as an aside... if you have a dni list or a separate carrd with instructions on how to interact with you, i’m probably not going to interact with you.  like at all.  period.  i don’t care if i’m on the dni list or not, that gives me so much anxiety bro.  there are like.... two exceptions to this rule.

yesterday i went into a store and was like ah.... i’m acting Weird. i cannot stop acting Weird. just very anxious and second guessing everything i said and did and tripping myself up and unnecessarily clarifying things. this has not happened to me in a while because 1) i have been home and 2) i’m just less anxious than i used to be [barring current events] but Hoo Boy. came back in force. convinced the proprietress thought i was a Weirdo even though she was perfectly nice

when u have anxiety it’s like ...... there’s some level of launching yourself blindly into the terrifying unknown, that is necessary to do the basic life stuff you want to do and not be consumed by fear, but then there’s a line where some level of launching yourself blindly etc. is actually just bad planning Given Your History,

and it’s hard to tell where that line is at the BEST of times but then also your brain is constantly lying to you about the Danger Level of every situation you encounter
