Robomaru slowly sat down in the corner after putting the pups to sleep at the normal hour, a warm smile on his features as he held Aiko close to him. It was still strangely fulfilling to care for them and while he still did not entirely understand himself he could not help but find some degree of peace with what he was doing. Though he tensed as he heard the door open and turned with some anxiety as he normally did not have visitors terribly often.

“A-ah? P-please keep your v-voice down.. T-the pups are sleeping a-at the moment...”

Robomaru smiled softly as he finished putting the last pup into its crib to sleep after feeding all of them, petting it gently with a quivering hand before he turned and carefully lifted Aiko into his arms. It had been a peaceful day and he was relieved that all of them had been doing well. He truly enjoyed caring for them to be honest and it made him feel fulfilled even if he still did not understand himself terribly much.
