I deal, on the regular, with body image. I am too fat, too fluffy, too short, too wide, too <insert whateva here>. I need to 🛑 and ✔ myself. I have done more in the past week that I ever thought I could. Yes, each day is a part of my journey and some days are better than others. I have a goal (distance and weight) and am working towards both. My nutrition has been in check for six solid days with two birthday celebrations in one day! Six days isn't a long time but that is a solid streak and I will continue forward.
