I watched the reluctant royal and was rendered speechless by emilie's beauty OH MY GOD SO I HAD TO DO THIS QUICK LITTLE AU that is completly owed and inspired by the amazing @notonlymice ‘s post. There really isn't a solid plot here, mostly just me making fun manips of emilie and bobby being gorgeous together, but I did sneak my whole 'belle would never accept the dagger because that will be taking away his free will and choices' thing and rumple being at belle's bedside kissing her hand (was inner debating on whether to use rush's scene or the scene in Carla's Song, I guess i will use carla the next time)

First of all, please, do read this post till the end, there are some nice little Rumbelle things I'm offering for your consideration, I promise! I just need to wallow in my shame for a bit first 😅

Here's what I wrote in my FYC post last year:

Basically, I started off my third year in the fandom with great ambitions (as I did the previous two years) and now, on the cusp of my fourth year in the fandom, we see how "well it went", how much I did last year: literal z e r o

I am deeply ashamed of it because I really do love Rumbelle and I did even have some rewatches last year and ideas and all but real life and my attention span of a gold fish when it comes to fandoms meant that I was constantly pulled into another direction by some thing or another... which doesn't meant to say that I had no say in the matter - I did, and honestly, I have no good excuse as to why I neglected the couple that is still one of my absolute favorite couples to ever couple, I just did 🤷‍♀️😣

Now, we've seen how these promises go, so I'm not gonna make any big proclamations this year and just see how it goes next January (it would be funny if 2026 turned out to be the year I actually make tons of stuff, wouldn't it? cheating the system, that's what we'd call it 😁 but let's not get ahead of ourselves).

So I just realized I haven't updated the My Writing page since I was struck with the MacRoIves Plague and figured I might as well do a super-belated Year End Review. 230k words about these dorks as they continue to be my emotional support freaks.

3 stories were added to Lovers verse, officially ending the series

4 stories were added to the Arkverse mainline saga (and 2 additional side stories)

"Ravenous II: The Ravening": Medium!Hiero and her crew investigate Fort Spencer, incurring the wrath of Ghost!Ives.

"All the Devils Are Here": Captain Ives is sentenced to Fort Spencer where, soon after his arrival, a priest begs him and his garrison to save the female survivor of an ill-fated wagon party.
